Happy Island is a school management and communication app for international schools and Preschools in Japan. We facilitate communication between parents, teachers, and administrators while protecting your privacy in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報の保護に関する法律). 

Happy Islandは、日本のインターナショナルスクール・プリスクール向けの学校管理・コミュニケーションアプリです。保護者、教員、管理者間のコミュニケーションを支援し、「個人情報の保護に関する法律」に従いプライバシーを保護します。 

2. Information We Collect / 収集する情報 

2.1 Account Information / アカウント情報 

  • Email address /メールアドレス: For account creation and login / アカウント作成・ログイン用 
  • Name /氏名: Display name within the app / アプリ内の表示名 
  • Profile photo /プロフィール写真: Optional / 任意 

2.2 Student Information / 児童の情報 

  • Child’s name, DOB, enrollment /お子様の氏名、生年月日、在籍情報: For school records / 学校の記録用 
  • Relationship to child /お子様との続柄: To establish guardianship / 保護者関係の確認用 

2.3 Communication Data / コミュニケーションデータ 

  • Messages /メッセージ: Direct messages between users / ユーザー間のダイレクトメッセージ 
  • Contact book entries /連絡帳記入: Daily notes and photos / 日々の記録・写真

We do NOT sell your personal information. We do NOT use your data for advertising or marketing unrelated to your school.
