The characteristics of the preschool are important, but before that, the personality and humanity of the childcare provider is important, as is "who you entrust your child to. It is not “skill” but “character” that nurtures children. Because growth as a person is reflected in their work, RaJA staff members continue to learn and improve themselves regardless of the genre of childcare/education. We believe that adults who enjoy their work will motivate children to become independent.
